Ingredients
  • 400 gram Tomatoes
  • 2 unit Avocado
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Dice the tomatoes and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the avocado into cubes and add them to the bowl with tomatoes.
  3. Finely chop the red onion and cilantro. Add them to the bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
