  • 4 cup Kale
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 small Red Onions
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the kale leaves. Remove the tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sliced red onions to the skillet. Saute until fragrant and onions become translucent.
  4. Add the kale to the skillet and toss to coat it with the oil, garlic, and onions.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the kale is wilted and tender.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
