Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Tofu
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until golden.
  3. Add tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, vinegar, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  4. Add fried tofu and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
