Ingredients
  • 200 gram Tofu
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add chopped onion, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add peas and water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add fried tofu and garam masala. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti.
