Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Tofu
  • 1 cup Okara
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, crumble the tofu and add the okara, cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well until combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small nuggets.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the nuggets until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  5. Remove from the pan and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
