Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Tofu
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried herbs (such as thyme, oregano, basil)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, crumble the tofu and add breadcrumbs. Mix well. In a pan, sauté onion, garlic, carrot, and red bell pepper until softened. Add sautéed vegetables, soy sauce, tomato paste, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper to the tofu mixture. Mix until well combined. Grease a loaf pan with olive oil and transfer the tofu mixture into it. Press down firmly. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
