Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Tofu
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the tofu pieces in the cornstarch mixture until fully coated.
  5. Place the coated tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together hot sauce, maple syrup, soy sauce, and vegetable oil.
  7. Remove the tofu from the oven and toss it in the hot sauce mixture.
  8. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and fry the tofu for 2-3 minutes on each side, until crispy.
  9. Serve the tofu hot wings with your favorite dipping sauce.
