Ingredients
  • 1 block Tofu
  • 4 sheet Nori sheets
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 4 leaf Lettuce
  • 4 slice Tomato
  • 8 slices Bread
Instructions
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then slice it into fillets.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Dip each tofu fillet into the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to coat both sides.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Pan-fry the tofu fillets until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove the tofu fillets from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, toast the bread slices.
  8. Place a lettuce leaf and tomato slice on one slice of bread.
  9. Top with a tofu fillet and a sheet of nori.
  10. Cover with another slice of bread.
  11. Repeat for the remaining sandwiches.
  12. Cut each sandwich in half and serve.
