Ingredients
  • 400 gram Tofu
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Press tofu to remove excess water and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
  4. Add tofu cubes and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
