Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Tofu
  • 1 cup Vegan cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 crust Graham cracker crust
  • 1/2 cup Fresh berries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, blend the tofu, vegan cream cheese, maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and cornstarch until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Serve chilled with fresh berries on top.
