Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Tofu
  • 100 gram Dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, blend tofu until smooth.
  3. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine melted chocolate, blended tofu, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture, stirring until well combined.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the brownies to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
