Ingredients
  • 200 gram Tofu
  • 2 piece Avocado
  • 1 cup Basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside.
  3. In a blender, combine the basil leaves, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the tofu and avocado. Pour the basil dressing over the tofu and avocado and gently toss to coat.
  5. Serve the salad immediately and enjoy!
