Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the toaster oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into evenly sized sticks.
  3. In a bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well coated.
  4. Place the coated carrot sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast the carrots in the preheated toaster oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Remove the roasted carrots from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
