Ingredients
  • 1 loaf Bread
  • 4 large Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 handful Basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes and spread them out on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and basil leaves. Add the toasted bread cubes.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss the salad gently until all the ingredients are well combined.
  5. Let the salad sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Serve the toasted panzanella as a refreshing summer salad.
