  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the carrots into chunks.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, dijon mustard, fresh thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the carrots to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.
  5. Transfer the carrots to a baking sheet.
