  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Almonds
  • 2 tablespoon Cashews
  • 2 tablespoon Pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon Melon Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Rose Water
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Saffron Strands
Instructions
  1. Soak almonds, cashews, pistachios, melon seeds, and poppy seeds in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain the soaked ingredients and blend them into a smooth paste.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add milk, the blended paste, fennel seeds, cardamom powder, rose water, sugar, and saffron strands.
  4. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors infuse.
