  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1 cup Green beans
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 cup Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the kidney beans, chickpeas, and green beans.
  2. Chop the celery, red onion, and fresh parsley.
