Ingredients
  • 1 can Kidney beans
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 can Pinto beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 large Bell pepper
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 can Tomato sauce
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Pour in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and water. Stir to combine.
  5. Add kidney beans, black beans, and pinto beans (drained and rinsed). Stir gently.
  6. Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and garnish with your favorite toppings like sour cream, chopped cilantro, or shredded cheese.
