Ingredients
  • 1 can Kidney beans
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 can Pinto beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 1 can Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  2. Add chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  3. Add tomato paste and canned tomatoes. Stir to combine.
  4. Add kidney beans, black beans, and pinto beans (all drained and rinsed). Stir in water.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and garnish with your favorite toppings.
