  • 1 piece Cucumbers
  • 1 piece Bell peppers
  • 1 piece Red onion
  • 100 gram Olives
  • 100 gram Feta cheese
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, and red onion.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chopped vegetables with olives and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
