Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasonings.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve hot as a delicious side dish or appetizer.
