Ingredients
  • 3 piece Ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Oat flour
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. Pour in almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped walnuts and dark chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  9. Transfer the bread to a wire rack and let it cool completely before slicing.
