Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Soy milk
  • 1/2 cup Black olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Vegan cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Vegan mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the olive oil and soy milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until the dough comes together.
  4. Fold in the chopped olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil.
  5. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Roll out the dough into a large circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Spread the vegan cream cheese evenly over the dough.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded vegan mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Sprinkle the garlic powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, and black pepper over the cheese.
  10. Starting from one edge, tightly roll the dough into a ring shape.
  11. Place the olive ring on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  12. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  13. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  14. Slice and serve warm.
