Ingredients
  • 1 piece Baguette
  • 4 piece Tomatoes
  • 8 leaf Fresh Basil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  3. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. In the meantime, dice the tomatoes and finely chop the basil leaves.
  6. In a bowl, mix the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Remove the toasted baguette slices from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  8. Spoon the tomato mixture onto each slice.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
