  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Peanuts
  • 2 clove Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine the basil leaves, cilantro, roasted peanuts, garlic cloves, lime juice, soy sauce, agave nectar, red pepper flakes, and salt.
  2. Pulse until well combined and the mixture forms a paste.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while pulsing, until the marinade reaches a smooth consistency.
  4. Transfer the marinade to a bowl and use it to marinate your choice of protein or vegetables for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the marinated protein or vegetables for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
