Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Unsalted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, unsalted peanuts, honey, peanut butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, dried cranberries, shredded coconut, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, break the granola into small clusters.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
  8. Serve with yogurt or milk as a breakfast cereal or enjoy it as a snack.
