Ingredients
  • 2 cup Jasmine rice
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 4 serving Lime wedges
Instructions
  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, coconut milk, water, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
  4. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  6. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
