Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Tofu
  • 100 gram Rice flour
  • 50 gram Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix rice flour, cornstarch, water, soy sauce, and lime juice to make a batter.
  2. Cut tofu into small cubes.
  3. Dip tofu cubes into the batter.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
  5. Fry the tofu cubes until golden brown.
  6. Remove tofu from the pan and drain excess oil.
  7. Garnish with cilantro, peanuts, green onions, and red chili flakes.
  8. Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.
