  • 100 gram Almonds
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Core the apples and cut them into thin slices.
  3. In a baking dish, arrange the apple slices in overlapping layers.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the almonds, honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  5. Spread the almond mixture evenly over the apple slices.
  6. Dot the top with small pieces of butter.
