Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 4 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Cut the potatoes into thick fries.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the vegetable oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the potato fries to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  5. Arrange the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
