  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the black-eyed peas, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno pepper, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
