Ingredients
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup Fresh parsley
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 piece Jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a blender or food processor, combine cilantro, parsley, garlic cloves, red onion, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Transfer the chimichurri sauce to a bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve as a condiment or sauce with grilled vegetables, tacos, or grilled meats. Enjoy!
