Ingredients
  • 12 ounce Tempeh
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, blend tempeh, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, flaxseed meal, soy sauce, nutritional yeast, parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Optional: Pan-fry the baked meatballs in a skillet for 5 minutes to add extra crispiness.
  6. Let the meatballs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with your favorite sauce or as a topping for pasta or salads.
