Ingredients
  • 800 gram Pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the pumpkin into wedges and remove the seeds.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Place the pumpkin wedges on a baking sheet and brush them with the olive oil mixture.
  5. Roast the pumpkin in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
