  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Basil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the hearts of palm.
  2. Slice the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the hearts of palm, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and fresh basil.
