Ingredients
  • 2 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Boil the corn for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix together orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, red chili flakes, and salt.
  3. Drain the boiled corn and let it cool slightly.
  4. Brush the corn with the orange juice mixture.
  5. Grill the corn on medium heat for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove the corn from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle cilantro over the grilled corn.
  8. Serve hot.
