Ingredients
  • 3 cup Green cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Shred the green cabbage, grate the carrots, and thinly slice the red onion.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and sliced red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.
