Ingredients
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 2 large Tomatoes
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 1 small Jalapeno
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 3 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the black beans.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn kernels, chopped tomatoes, diced red onion, diced bell pepper, minced jalapeno, and chopped cilantro.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
