Ingredients
  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the cabbage to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth, white vinegar, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let the cabbage simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
