Ingredients
  • 200 gram Bell peppers
  • 200 gram Zucchini
  • 150 gram Red onion
  • 150 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 150 gram Cauliflower florets
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoon Tandoori masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 10 gram Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, tandoori masala, and salt.
  2. Cut the bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, and cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add the vegetables and cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated with the marinade.
  4. Cover the bowl and let the vegetables marinate for 20 minutes.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Thread the marinated vegetables onto skewers.
  7. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are charred and tender.
  8. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
