Ingredients
  • 2 cup Mixed nuts
  • 2 tablespoon Tamarind paste
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine tamarind paste, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, and salt.
  3. Add mixed nuts to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the coated nuts on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant.
