Ingredients
  • 1 cup Bulgur
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 4 stalks Green Onions
  • 4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, soak the bulgur in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the bulgur and squeeze out any excess water.
  3. Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, mint leaves, and green onions.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the soaked bulgur, chopped vegetables, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  6. Let the tabooleh rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
