Ingredients
  • 1 cup Bulgur
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 bunch Green Onions
  • 4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Place bulgur in a bowl and cover with cold water. Let it soak for 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, chop tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, mint leaves, and green onions.
  3. Drain the soaked bulgur and squeeze out any excess water.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bulgur, chopped vegetables, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  6. Cover the bowl and let the tabbouleh rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
