Ingredients
  • 1 cup Bulgur
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 bunch Green Onions
  • 4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Place the bulgur in a bowl and cover it with boiling water. Let it sit for about 15 minutes until it softens.
  2. Drain any excess water from the bulgur and let it cool.
  3. Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, mint leaves, and green onions.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with the cooled bulgur.
  5. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the tabbouleh and mix well.
  7. Let the tabbouleh rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
