Ingredients
  • 1 cup Bulgur
  • 3 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1 cup Fresh Mint
  • 1 bunch Green Onions
  • 4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Place bulgur in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Drain any excess water from the bulgur and fluff it with a fork.
  3. Chop tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, mint, and green onions into small pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with the bulgur.
  5. In a separate small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
  7. Let the tabbouleh rest for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
