Ingredients
  • 300 gram Broccoli
  • 200 gram Red Pepper
  • 250 gram Tofu
  • 2 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add broccoli and red pepper to the pan, and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water until dissolved.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add tofu. Cook for 3 minutes, until tofu is heated through.
  5. Pour the cornstarch mixture, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar over the vegetables and tofu. Stir well to coat everything.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
