Ingredients
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 200 gram Cauliflower
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 150 gram Zucchini
  • 100 gram Red bell pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets. Peel and slice the carrots. Slice the zucchini and red bell pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for 10-12 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Drizzle lemon juice over the vegetables and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
