Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Broccoli
  • 8 ounce Cauliflower
  • 6 ounce Carrots
  • 4 ounce Peas
  • 4 ounce Bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Peel and slice the carrots. Dice the bell pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add peas and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Toss well to combine.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the Swiss Vegetable Medley as a main dish or side dish.
