Ingredients
  • 1 cup Popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add popcorn kernels and cover the pot.
  3. Shake the pot occasionally to prevent burning.
  4. Once the popping slows down, remove the pot from heat and let it sit for a minute.
  5. In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, sriracha sauce, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  6. Pour the mixture over the popcorn and toss until evenly coated.
  7. Allow the popcorn to cool and serve.
