  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and slice the carrots into sticks.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the carrots in the mixture until well coated.
  5. Spread the carrots on a baking sheet.
